Rates and payment
Please submit a booking request for rates.
VISA credit cards accepted.
Any additional expenses must be paid on site before departure.
Booking and payment
The reservation will be confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the stay.
Full payment must be made no later than 60 days before arrival at the chalet.
In case of reservations made less than 60 days before arrival, full payment will guarantee the reservation.
A deposit of €2,000 must be paid to the lessor on arrival (returned within two weeks of departure).
Cancellation of a stay must be made in writing. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the deposit will be retained. If the stay is cancelled between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date, 40% of the rental amount will be retained. If the stay is cancelled between 30 and 15 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the rental amount will be retained. If the stay is cancelled less than 15 days before the arrival date, 70% of the rental amount will be retained. In the event of interruption of stay or no-show, the full rental amount will be retained.
Arrival and stay
The PDB refuge is available from 4pm on the day of arrival. It must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Any overtime will be charged as an extra night.
Please treat the chalet and its furnishings with respect.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage done and any unusual cleaning costs.
Smoking is not permitted inside the chalet.
